BARBECUE SAUCE 
5 c. ketchup (Heinz)
1 c. tarragon vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
12 lg. (toes) garlic, peeled & sliced in half

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Continue boiling 5 to 10 minutes. Then strain. Can be frozen. 2 oz. = 73 calories.
