RICE DRESSING 
2 lbs. ground meat

Put in 4 quart Dutch oven. 2 med. sized onions, chopped 1 lg. bell pepper, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped

1. Put ground meat in Dutch oven. Let the ground meat fry until all fat is out of the meat.

2. Now add onion and bell pepper and celery to the butter and let that season, brown for 10 minutes.

3. After browning the season, put the ground meat in salt and red pepper. Let the meat cook for 30 minutes. Now mix with rice. Serves 8.
