JELLO MOLD 
2 pkgs. lime Jello (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
1 pt. sour cream
3 1/2 c. liquid (1/2 of it boiling water, the rest cold water mixed with the reserved pineapple juice)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Chill until almost set. When set, add crushed pineapple and beat in with spoon, the sour cream. Pour into Jello mold. Chill and cut into pieces. Serve on lettuce leaf with dab of mayonnaise.
