CHEESY SHELL BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. parsley
2 1/2 c. sea shells, uncooked

In medium skillet brown meat, onion, green pepper and garlic; drain. Stir in tomato sauce and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. In small bowl combine 1 cup cheese, sour cream and parsley. Cook shells.

Mix together meat sauce and cooked shells. Pour half of shells into 2 quart casserole dish. Spread sour cream mixture on top. Pour in remaining shells. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake 5 minutes.
