SHEPHERD'S CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans, drained
1 can Manwich sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. seasoned mashed potatoes

Cook beef until meat is no longer red; add onion and cook until transparent. Drain fat. Stir in green beans, Manwich and 1/2 cup of cheese. Pour into a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes over meat mixture; sprinkle remaining cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
