ROLLED CHICKEN CUTLETS 
Chicken cutlets
Pastrami
Eggs
Flour
Bread crumbs
Thousand Island Dressing
Oil

Flour chicken cutlets on one side. Dip cutlets into beaten eggs, then dip cutlets into Thousand Island dressing. Place one slice of pastrami on chicken cutlet and roll them up.

Roll cutlet stuffed with pastrami in bread crumbs. Bake in 1/2 inch oil at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
