"PORK CHOPS AND POTATOES" 
7 potatoes, peeled & diced
4 pork chops
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 can golden mushroom soup

In a 9 x 13 inch pan, put potatoes layered all over the bottom. Place pork chops on top of the potatoes. Drizzle golden mushroom soup on top of this and top with Lipton onion soup mix. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake in preheated 325 degree oven for about 1 hour or more. Yum Yum!

The juices from the chops with soup mixes make a great gravy.
