ROLL-N-UP PANCAKES 
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter

Beat all ingredients except butter until smooth and thick. Heat a non-stick skillet, lightly grease with butter. Pour 1/2 cup batter on hot pan and move mixture around by tilting the pan. Let brown, turn and brown other side. Remove from heat; spread with butter and sprinkle with white sugar. Roll up. Let set for 5 minutes and serve.
