STEAMED SHRIMP 
2 lbs. raw med. shrimp
Dijon Mustard
Freshly ground pepper
1 (12 oz.) can beer

Use a steamer pot. Pour beer in bottom. Wash and drain shrimp in steamer basket. Spoon 4-5 generous tablespoons of mustard over shrimp and stir to coat. Pepper to taste. Steam 20 minutes.
