PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
1 box yellow cake mix
3 lg. eggs
1 stick butter
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar

Withhold 1 heaping cup of cake mix and set aside for topping. Mix rest of cake mix, 1 egg and 1 stick butter together well and press into bottom of greased pan, 9x13 inches.

In separate bowl mix together pumpkin, 2 eggs, brown sugar, milk, spice and vanilla. Pour over top of cake mixture. Crumble together the reserved cup of cake mix, 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar and enough melted butter to crumble mixture. Sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven; cool and cut in squares. Top with whipped cream.
