STIR FRIED BROCCOLI 
3 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion
1 lb. cut broccoli

SAUCE:

1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar

Heat oil in frying pan, saute onions and broccoli until broccoli is cooked, add sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve on cooked rice. (For a completely meal just brown 1 pound of chicken before saute the onions. Remove the chicken from the pan and follow the rest of the directions.
