SESAME SHRIMP | |
1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. sesame oil 1/2 c. diced green pepper 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/3 c. diagonally sliced green onion 2 tbsp. minced fresh gingerroot 1 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds 1 tbsp. reduced-sodium (light) soy sauce Heat butter and sesame oil together in large frying pan or wok. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl; stir to blend. Add shrimp mixture to hot oil and stir-fry about 4-5 minutes, until shrimp are opaque and vegetables are crisp but tender. Taste and add more soy sauce if desired. 4 servings. 1 serving: 2/3 cup. Food Exchanges per serving: 3 Meat plus 1 Vegetable. |
