CHICKEN AND DRESSING BAKE 
1 c. diced celery
2/3 c. minced onions
Butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 c. coarse bread crumbs
2 lb. chicken breasts
Seasoned flour

Sauté celery and onions in 3 tablespoons butter in skillet for 5 minutes. Combine with next 5 ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Spoon lightly into 2 quart baking dish.

Coat chicken with seasoned flour; brown in butter in skillet. Arrange chicken over dressing.

Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour, then cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes covered, then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings.
