SPINACH WITH MUSHROOMS 
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Dash of nutmeg
3 tbsp. peanut oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 lb. fresh spinach, washed & drained

Combine lemon juice, salt, sugar and nutmeg; set aside. Pour oil around top of preheated wok coating sides. Allow to heat at 375 degrees for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic and spinach. Stir fry for 3 minutes or until spinach wilts. Add lemon juice mixture, tossing lightly.
