SOUPED UP PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
4 potatoes
1 lg. onion
2 cans Campbells cream of mushroom soup
Salt, pepper, & garlic to taste
Flour (for breading)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bread pork chops with flour. Season with salt and pepper; brown on medium heat on both sides. Slice potatoes and onions thinly in bowl. Toss with salt, pepper and garlic. Begin layering in deep casserole dish with pork chops. Put layer of potatoes on chops, add 1/2 can mushroom soup. Keep layering topping with potatoes and soup. Bake 60 to 90 minutes.
