QUICHE 
1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
2 c. any kind of cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 c. ham or 1 c. ham and 1 c. vegetables cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper

Preheat oven to 325. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place 5 triangles into 9 inch pie pan, pressing together to form a crust.

In large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour into pie pan. Take remaining triangles and cut into 1/2 inch strips. Twist strips criss-cross over filling. Press edges with fork to seal. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
