FAJITAS 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Tortillas
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Guacamole
Sour cream
Slice onion

Mix oil, chili and garlic powder, salt and pepper. Prick meat with fork. Pour mixture over meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours to marinate. Set oven to broil. Broil meat until brown, about 8 minutes. Turn meat, brush with marinade and broil until done.

While meat broils, cook onions until crisp tender. Slice meat diagonally into very thin slices. Serving with tortillas and top with cheese, guacamole and sour cream.
