STEP 1:

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

STEP 2:

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
48 Hershey kisses (unwrapped) & additional sugar on plate

Sift together all step 1 ingredients. In another bowl mix step 2 together. Add step 1 to step 2 mixture and mix well. Roll in round balls. Then roll ball in extra sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. When slightly cooled, place Hershey kiss in center of cookie.
