DELIGHTFUL CHICKEN POCKETS 
1 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 tbsp. chopped almonds
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. crushed herb flavored croutons

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine chicken, celery, onion, pimiento, almonds and cream cheese; mix well. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Press each to a 6" square. Spoon chicken filling over half of each square. Fold dough over filling; pinch edges to seal. Dip in butter and croutons. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 28 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4 sandwiches.
