FRUIT DIP 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 (15 or 20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Any variety fresh fruit

Mix butter, cornstarch and pineapple juice in a pan. Heat until thick. Add sugar and eggs. Heat until thick again. Cool completely. Mix with Cool Whip. Chill overnight. Serve as dip with fresh fruit.
