FRESH FRUIT DIP 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
Grated rind of 1 orange
Grated rind of 1 lemon
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

Combine all ingredients, but cream cheese, in top of double boiler. Cook over medium heat until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool. Beat softened cream cheese with mixer until fluffy. Add cooked mixture, beating until well blended. Chill. Serve with fresh fruit. Yield: 2 to 2 1/2 cups.
