PIZZA CUPS | |
1 sm. onion, chopped 3/4 lb. hamburger 6 oz. can tomato paste 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. salt 10 oz. can refrigerated biscuits 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, olives, mushrooms) Brown together onion and hamburger, drain excess fat off. Stir in tomato paste and seasonings; mixture will be thick. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place biscuits in greased muffin tins, pressing to cover sides and bottom. Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups. Add any toppings and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown. |
