OVEN-BARBECUED POTATOES 
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 med. potatoes (unpeeled), thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. paprika

In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups cheese, soup, milk, barbecue sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and mix until well coated. Spoon into greased 9- inch square pan. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil, bake about 30 minutes longer. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and paprika. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
