BAKED LIMA BEANS 
Hearty well-seasoned vegetable casseroles are especially appreciated during Lent. This is a good one.

2 c. fresh cooked or canned lima beans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pimentos
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. med. white sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Mix beans, pimentos, salt, cheese, white sauce and catsup together. Pour into a greased baking dish. Mix butter and crumbs together and sprinkle on top. Bake in a moderate oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
