OYSTER PIE 
2 med. potatoes
Good size onion
Salt
1 dozen oysters and juice
Dots of butter
3 hard-boiled eggs
Approximately 1/4 c. milk
Pie crust

Cook together sliced potatoes, onions, salt 5-6 minutes. Pour off most water. Add oysters and juice. Cook 6-7 more minutes. Pour into Pyrex dish. Dot with butter. Add sliced eggs. Add milk. Cover with pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees until brown.
