FRESH STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. fresh strawberries, mashed and drained
4 eggs
1 c. powdered sugar
Strawberry juice

Combine cake mix, Jello, flour, oil, strawberries and one egg. Beat, add remaining eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Turn into a greased tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until top of cake springs back when pressed lightly with fingers. Remove cake from pan after 5 minutes.

Combine powdered sugar and enough juice from strained berries to make a glaze and pour over hot cake. Cool completely before slicing. Freezes well.
