2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 jar ready to use mince meat
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 c. mixed candied fruit
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Generously grease and flour a 9-10 inch tube pan. Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients; pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out of pan; cool completely and glaze. Garnish as desired.
