HEARTY CHICKEN AND RICE SOUP 
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
3 c. cold water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. carrots
3/4 lb. cheese, cubed
1 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken

Combine first five ingredients. Cover. Simmer 25 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until cheese is melted.
