FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE II 
3 stick butter
3 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 sm. can fruit cocktail
1 c. coconut
1 sm. can Carnation milk
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix 2 sticks butter, 2 cups sugar, flour, eggs, and soda. Mix salt and fruit. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING: Mix 1 cup sugar, coconut, 1 stick butter, and milk. Add nuts and vanilla. Cool over low heat until thick.
