FRESH PEACH CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. very ripe peaches, mashed
1 c. pecans, chopped

Cream sugar with butter. Add beaten eggs. Add buttermilk with soda mixed in milk. Add flour and salt. Beat well and fold in peaches and pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together until smooth.
