SAUSAGE PIE 
1 lb. ground sausage
Sm. chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
6 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pie crust (Pillsbury all ready)

Brown sausage, onion and pepper in skillet. While browning, put pie crust in pie plate and partially bake it at 450 degrees (about 8 minutes). Drain sausage mixture. Combine eggs and sour cream. Beat. Line pie crust with sausage mixture. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees until eggs are firm.
