1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Mix all together in blender. Pour in ungreased 10 inch pie (dish) or pan. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
