CARAMEL TOPPING 
1 bag caramel candy
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tbsp. water
Apple slices

Take wrappers off of candy. Put in bowl with 1 tablespoon water. Heat in microwave. Stir. Add sour cream. Pour over apple slices.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
