SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. yellow squash, sliced thin, put in casserole dish, set aside
1/2 stick butter, melted and poured over sliced squash
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix mayonnaise, onion, bell pepper, egg, sugar, and salt and pepper together. Spread on squash slices. Put grated cheese on top. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
