1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding, cooked
1 Duncan Hines fudge cake mix
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips

While pudding is hot, stir in fudge cake mix; mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
