2 lb. mushrooms
Parsley
1 clove garlic
Salt
Olive oil
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Grated Italian cheese

Wash - quarter mushrooms. Mix mushrooms with other ingredients (except bread crumb and cheese). Marinate. Place dish in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 5 minutes before done sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
