KOREAN SAUCE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 clove, minced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. crushed peppercorns
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well. The sauce will keep in the refrigerator for weeks. Use it as a marinade for small cuts as well as for thick top sirloin.
