THANKSGIVING SALAD 
2 sm. packs orange-pineapple Jello
1 sm. pack lemon Jello
3 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
3 apples
3 bananas

TOPPING:

1 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. whipped topping mix (Dream Whip)

Mix Jello as directed on package with sugar and salt. Use a large baking dish. Chill. Add fruit until set.

For topping, cook all ingredients except topping. Cool. Mix whipped topping as directed. Add cooked mixture. This is a refreshing salad any time of the year.
