HALIBUT IN MUSHROOM SAUCE 
7-11 halibut fillets
butter, cut into pats
salt and pepper, to taste
paprika, to taste

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 env. dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
1/2 pint dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill seed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced mushrooms (optional)

Place fillets in buttered baking dish, skin side down. Dot each with butter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over fillets.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until fillets are tender and sauce brown. Serve with rice, green vegetables and tossed salad.

Serves 4 to 8.

Note: Can use any white fish.
