TOPPER A LA GEORGE 
3 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper
2 lg. tomatoes

Cut onion, green pepper and tomatoes into long thin slices. Slice and slightly brown garlic in the oil. Remove garlic and discard. Add onion, green pepper and tomatoes, cook until tender. Serve over Italian sausage on a bun.
