CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. light brown sugar 2 c. cake flour 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. pecans 1 c. walnuts 1 c. almonds 2 tsp. baking soda 3 c. grated carrots Combine sugar, oil and eggs with all the rest of ingredients above, 30-45 minutes in Bundt cake pan. CARROT CAKE ICING: 1 box confectioners' sugar 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 oz.) box Philadelphia cream cheese Melt butter; add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; blend together well. You may add additional pecans (if you desire), spread over cooled cake. |
