CHALLAH OR BREAD STUFFING 
4 c. cubed dry white bread or challah
1 c. broth
2 stalks celery
1/2 green pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 onion
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute diced onion, green pepper and sliced celery until golden brown. Add to bowl with bread cubes, broth, eggs, oil, salt and pepper. Stuff chicken, duck, turkey, veal breast or fish.
