OMAHA STYLE POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
10 oz. carton sour cream
1/4 stick butter, cut into small pieces

Put potatoes in baking dish with onion and cheese on top. Combine celery and potato soups, and sour cream; pour on top of potatoes. Mix together and smooth top. Cut up butter and put on top. Bake 1 1/2 hour or until done at 325 to 350 degrees.
