ONE STEP LASAGNE 
3 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu
1 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
8 lasagna noodles, not cooked
24 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs
3 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese

Brown beef and drain grease. Add Ragu, water and sugar. Heat to boiling. Place 1 cup in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread thin. Place 4 lasagne noodles on mixture.

Mix eggs and cottage cheese. Spread 1/2 on noodles. Grate mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle 1/3 on cottage cheese. Spread 1/2 remaining beef mixture. Repeat layering ending with mozzarella cheese.

Cover with foil tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil, bake 15 minutes longer. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.
