ICE BOX DESSERT 
6 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. grated rind
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
Angel Food cake
6 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Make a soft custard of first 4 ingredients. Cook until it coats spoon. Add 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water. Beat 6 egg whites until stiff, adding 3/4 cup sugar. Add this to custard mixture.
