MUSHROOMS AU GRATIN 
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, halved
1/3 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
Grated Parmesan cheese
Dry bread crumbs

Melt butter in skillet, add mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer over medium low heat 7 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain. Spoon mushrooms into a lightly greased shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine sour cream and flour; mix well and spread over mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 4.
