SHRIMP DIP 
6 oz. cream cheese
4 1/2 oz. or 2/3 c. cooked shrimp
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. light cream (coffee)
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. mayonnaise
6 drops Texas Pete
1 tsp. grated onion

Cream together the cream cheese, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon juice, onion and cream. Fold in shrimp. Serve with crackers, party bread or chips.
