ITALIAN STYLE CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
1 3/4 c. jarred spaghetti sauce
Hot cooked rice or pasta

1. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on all sides. Spoon off fat.

2. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
