CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage, lg.
1 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 roll Ritz cracker crumbs (or bread)
1/4 stick butter, melted

Cut cabbage and steam briefly; drain. Saute onion in butter and add soup, cheese, salt, pepper and cayenne. Fold with cabbage into casserole dish. Combine Ritz crumbs and butter. Spread over casserole and bake at 325 degrees about 20 minutes (until heated thoroughly).
