ALMOND BARS 
1 lb. almond bark
6 oz. butterscotch chips
3 c. pecans, toasted

Melt almond bar and butterscotch chips in double boiler or microwave. Stir in pecans and dip by teaspoon on wax paper sprayed with Pam. Toast nuts with a little bit of salt (1/8 teaspoon) in microwave 3 minutes. Stir and toast 3 more minutes. Can use peanuts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
